Every Brutality Apparel piece is made to order specifically for you. Once your order is placed, it moves into production before being carefully packed and shipped directly to your door.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, production may take a little longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it from our production partner to your door.
Multiple Items
Some products may be produced at different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Don't worry—if part of your order arrives first, the rest may still be on the way.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Brutality Apparel is not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

RETURNS
30-Day Defect Guarantee: If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days with a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost.
Sizing: Because every Brutalitee product is printed specifically for your order, we don't normally accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 14 days. We may be able to arrange a one-time size exchange for unworn/unwashed merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Change of mind: No returns for buyer's remorse.
